In accordance with the process requirements, the inspectors continuously check the spinning conditions of each spinning part, check the oiling conditions of each spinning part, handle any abnormalities in a timely manner, and make records. Check the forming condition of the tows dropped into the barrel every five minutes after dropping into the barrel. If there are any abnormalities, deal with them promptly and keep records.
The number of drawing barrels is bundled according to the process requirements. The bundle woker continuously checks the condition of the tows in each barrel. Any abnormal tows are found to be handled in a timely manner and a timely signal is sent to the drawing worker for follow-up processing.
Check the temperature of each melting zone every half hour for abnormalities according to process requirements, and make timely adjustments. Check each spinning position and filter pressure every hour to see if they are within the process requirements, and keep original records. The inspectors in the spinning room continuously check whether the wind speed and temperature of each spinning part are normal, whether there are any abnormalities in spinning, and deal with them in a timely manner.
Strictly follow the process requirements for feeding and molding temperature. Check the drying temperature for any abnormalities every 30 minutes according to the process requirements and record them carefully.
